Daniel GODWIN, PhD

Bio-data

Dr. Daniel Godwin is a lecturer at the Department of Political Science, Faculty of the Social Sciences, University of Ibadan. He obtained his BSc. in Political Science from the University of Jos (Nigeria), MSc. and PhD from the University of Ibadan (Nigeria). His area of specialization is comparative politics and international relations. His research interests focus on political parties and democratization, elections and election reforms, technology and election administration, conflict resolution, and management. He has published several research works on conflict, political parties, parties’ ideologies, election reform, technology and election administration, and democratic consolidation in Nigeria. Dr. Godwin is an experienced teacher who has taught political science previously at Coal City University Enugu and Evangel University Akaeze, Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
