BRIEF PROFILE OF ENGR PROFESSOR CHUKWUDI CELESTINE EGWUONWU

Professor Chukwudi Celestine Egwuonwu is an accomplished academia whose illustrious career started with the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) in Ogun State in 2001. He transferred his service to Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) in 2004 where he rose through the ranks to become a Professor of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering.

He has served and Chaired many committees in the University and served as the Head of the Department of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering (FUTO) successfully for two years.

Professor Egwuonwu has produced graduates at both the undergraduate and postgraduate (Masters and Ph. D) levels. He is currently the regional coordinator South South Nigeria of an international nanotechnology research organisation by name Focus Nanotechnology Africa Inc. (FONAI)/US-EU-African-Asia-Pacific and Caribbean Academy of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (USEACANN). He is presently, the Associate Dean Postgraduate School FUTO

Prof. is successfully married to Dr. Mrs. Helen Adeola Egwuonwu. The marriage is blessed with four children.
